# Knowledge Base

The knowledge base is everything Laura knows about your product. The more you add, the better she demos.

## What to add

## How to add content

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to your agent">
    In the dashboard, navigate to **Agents** and select your agent.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the Knowledge Base tab">
    Click the **Knowledge Base** tab on the agent detail page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add sources">
    You can add content in multiple ways:

    * **Upload files** — PDF, DOCX, TXT, or Markdown
    * **Paste text** — Directly write or paste content into the editor
    * **Add a URL** — Laura will crawl and index the page
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save and sync">
    Click **Save**. Laura indexes the content immediately and uses it in the next demo session.

## Best practices

    Laura uses your knowledge base verbatim. Outdated pricing or deprecated features will confuse prospects. Review it monthly.

    Laura mirrors the tone of what you provide. Clear, conversational writing produces better demo responses.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Add real objections">
    Pull from actual sales calls. The more real objections you add, the better Laura handles pushback.

  <Accordion title="Don't add confidential data">
    Avoid internal roadmaps, unreleased features, or customer PII. The knowledge base is used in live demo conversations.
