# Calendar Integration

> Let Laura book follow-up meetings automatically at the end of every demo

# Calendar Integration

When a demo ends, Laura doesn't just wave goodbye — she offers the prospect available calendar slots and books the follow-up on the spot.

## Supported tools

* **Cal.com**
* **Calendly**

## How it works

1. As the demo wraps up, Laura transitions to a closing sequence
2. She offers to book a follow-up call with a human rep
3. The prospect picks a time directly in the demo session
4. A calendar invite is sent to both parties automatically

## How to connect

    Go to **Agents** → your agent → **Integrations**.

  <Step title="Click Connect under Calendar">
    Select Cal.com or Calendly.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Paste your booking link">
    Paste your Cal.com or Calendly link. Repixa uses this to surface availability during the demo.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure the closing prompt">
    Optionally customize what Laura says when she transitions to booking:
