Knowledge Base

The knowledge base is everything Laura knows about your product. The more you add, the better she demos.

What to add

Product docs

Feature descriptions, how-tos, and use cases

FAQs

Common questions and answers from real prospects

Pricing info

Plans, limits, and what’s included (add only what you want Laura to share)

Competitor comparisons

How you differ from alternatives prospects may mention

Objection handling

Scripts or notes for handling common objections

Case studies

Customer stories Laura can reference when relevant

How to add content

1

Go to your agent

In the dashboard, navigate to Agents and select your agent.
2

Open the Knowledge Base tab

Click the Knowledge Base tab on the agent detail page.
3

Add sources

You can add content in multiple ways:
  • Upload files — PDF, DOCX, TXT, or Markdown
  • Paste text — Directly write or paste content into the editor
  • Add a URL — Laura will crawl and index the page
4

Save and sync

Click Save. Laura indexes the content immediately and uses it in the next demo session.

Best practices

Laura uses your knowledge base verbatim. Outdated pricing or deprecated features will confuse prospects. Review it monthly.
Laura mirrors the tone of what you provide. Clear, conversational writing produces better demo responses.
Pull from actual sales calls. The more real objections you add, the better Laura handles pushback.
Avoid internal roadmaps, unreleased features, or customer PII. The knowledge base is used in live demo conversations.
