Sandbox Environment

The sandbox lets you run a full live demo with Laura in a safe, isolated environment — no real prospects, no CRM writes, no calendar bookings.

What is the sandbox?

The sandbox is a private demo session where you (or your team) can:
  • Watch Laura navigate your product in real time
  • Test how she handles questions, objections, and edge cases
  • Validate your knowledge base and ICP configuration before going live

Launch the sandbox

Open your dashboard

Navigate to Agents in the left sidebar and select your agent.

Click 'Open Sandbox'

On the agent detail page, click the Open Sandbox button. This generates a private demo session.

Interact with Laura

The sandbox opens at:

You can speak or type as if you’re a real prospect.

Review the session

After the session, go to Analytics to review how Laura performed — what she said, what she navigated, and what signals she detected.

Sandbox vs. Live demo

The sandbox uses the exact same Laura configuration as your live agent. Any changes you make to the knowledge base, ICP, or agent info will be reflected immediately in the sandbox.

Tips for testing

  • Ask questions your real prospects commonly ask
  • Try objections (“This is too expensive”, “We already use X”)
  • Test edge cases your knowledge base should handle
  • Have a teammate join as a “prospect” for a realistic session
